Q: How Long Has Your Company Been In Business?
A: We have operated for 35 years.

Q: What is the difference between Cast Aluminum and All Welded Cast Aluminum?
A: Cast Aluminum furniture needs to be assembled when it arrives to your location. All welded does not. All the connection points of the chair are welded and do not use fasteners.

Q: What material are the fasteners on the Cast Aluminum furniture made of and will they rust?
A: All fasteners are made from stainless steel and will not rust?

Q: What type of finish does your furniture have?
A: All of our furniture comes with a 5 stage powder coat. This is the most durable finish that can be applied to outdoor furniture.

Q: Does Cast Aluminum Deep Seating need to be assembled?
A: For the most part the answer is yes. The Madrid and The Melbourne are the only exceptions.

Q: Are cushions included with Cast Aluminum Deep Seating?
A: Yes. They come with 5” thick Bottom and Back Cushions.

Q: Is it difficult to assemble the furniture?
A: No. It will take about 15 mins per chair. Basic tools are required and very basic skill is needed.

Q: What should I expect at the time of delivery?
A: If your product is large it will require freight transportation. The freight carrier will call you 24hr before delivery to set up an appointment. The delivery is a curb side delivery. Additional service such as inside delivery can be arranged between the customer and the delivery company at an additional charge to the customer.

Q: Do I have to be at home for the delivery?
A: Yes. There needs to be someone to except the delivery to confirm there has been no damage to the products in transit to the customer.

Q: Do I need to worry about rusting with your furniture?
A: No. Cast Aluminum is impervious to the weather.

Q: What is the difference between cast aluminum and cast iron?
A: The main difference is maintenance and longevity of the product. Cast iron will rust over time while cast aluminum will not.

Q: Can I leave my cushions outside all the time?
A: No. The cushions will need to removed during time of bad weather. The life of the cushions will be very short if this is not followed.

Q: How can I clean my furniture?
A: Water and a mild detergent. No harsh chemicals can be used.

Q: What is the difference between your wicker furniture and others in the market place?
A: We use aluminum frame not a steel frame. Steel frame has the ability to rust while aluminum frames do not.

Q: Can I leave my wicker furniture out all year around?
A: Yes. With Aluminum frame there is no need to worry about rusting due to weather. You will still have to maintain your cushions.

Q: Does your company price match?
A: Yes.

Q: What is your warranty?
A: 5 years on furniture and 1 year on cushions. For more information see the “Info” section.

Q: Who is the manufacture?
A: Our Company is the manufacture. Our products are produced and distributed under our brand name of Savannah Outdoor Classics.

Q: Why are your prices so low?
A: Being the manufacture we are able to deliver a product to the market factory direct.

Q: What are your cushion colors?
A: Brown, Beige and Straw Linen. Custom colors are not available.

Q: Is there sales tax?
A: No, unless we ship to the state of Georgia.

Q: I am not comfortable placing an order online. Can I place my order over the phone?

A: All emails are responded to within 24hrs.

Q: What is the difference between wicker and rattan?
A: Wicker is a term for a product that is woven. Our wicker products are made of resin wicker. Rattan is a vine that is produced in Southeast Asia. Rattan vine is very strong and durable.

Q: Which can I use outdoors, Wicker or Rattan?
A: Wicker can be used outdoors. Rattan will have to be used in a protected area that is covered or enclosed.

Q: I would like to purchase your furniture, but my house/pool/sunroom or patio is not built yet. Can you hold my order until I am ready to receive it?
A: Yes, we can hold your order until you are ready to receive it.

Q: I have a different brand of furniture can you supply me with parts or replacement cushions?
A: No. Your furniture is different and the parts and cushions will not work even if the style looks similar.
